Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Processing time refers to the time required to prepare, pack, and ship your order. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

- Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, promotions, or high order volume periods.

Shipping Locations

Hockey Wolf currently ships only within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states).

We do not ship to:

- Alaska

- Hawaii

- Canada

- U.S. Territories

- International destinations

Any orders placed outside of the eligible shipping area may be canceled and refunded at our discretion.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

Delays

Hockey Wolf is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If you experience a significant delay, please contact us and we will assist in initiating a carrier inquiry when applicable.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees to resend the package.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
