CCM includes D3O smart material in the AS-V model. In the calf, D3O is partnered with exposed injection molded foam with PE inserts to produce shot blocking protection. JDP kneecaps construction reinforced with D3O for a pro-level cap designed to disperse impact away from the knee.
The Tacks AS-V shins have a length adjustable dual calf strap and an upper lock strap. These combine to secure the top and bottom of the shin pad to your leg, and the adjustable strap allows for some customization based on the size of your calf and the feel you’re looking for.
A removable comfort liner and a detachable lower pad.
